We focus on producing wines with intense character and bold elegance from grapes that are grown on volcanically derived soils.

Our Knights Valley Estate accounts for 50% of our grapes including Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and the Portuguese varietals we use in our Dessert wine. Other grapes such as Viognier, Chardonnay, and Grenache are grown in nearby areas better suited to their varietal needs.

All of our wines are small production wines, usually coming in at 100 to 150 cases per vintage. For this reason it's often difficult to keep them around very long!
